About Colwell Flooring Creations

I’m Ben Colwell, a locally owned flooring installer based in Bellingham, Washington, serving the Greater Bellingham Area and surrounding communities.

With over 20 years of experience and as a third-generation flooring installer, I bring a lifetime of knowledge and skill to every project. I specialize in professional carpet installation, including specialty and patterned carpets, stair systems, and detailed custom work, and I also provide select hard-surface flooring installations. My experience spans residential homes, custom and luxury projects, marine and yacht interiors, and occasional commercial spaces.

I’m known for taking on challenging, detail-driven projects and bringing the same level of care and craftsmanship to standard residential flooring needs. Whether it’s a single-room carpet replacement or a complex specialty installation, I handle each project with clear communication, precision, and respect for your space.
